Customized PowerPoint Presentation Design for Research Proposal
I was tasked with creating a fully customized and animated PowerPoint presentation for a Montreal-based researcher. The presentation aimed to pitch a project proposal titled "Optimization of Racer’s Safety and Performance via Cockpit Monitoring of Physiological State" to potential investors.
The objective was to communicate complex research concepts in a visually engaging and investor-friendly manner—without relying on pre-existing templates or default slide layouts. The presentation required a sleek, professional aesthetic tailored to the world of motorsport, innovation, and scientific advancement.
Key Contributions:
Designed the entire presentation from scratch, ensuring a unique visual identity aligned with the proposal's subject matter.
Utilized Photoshop and Illustrator to develop custom slide elements, infographics, and visual assets that conveyed technical data clearly and attractively.
Created photo compositions and edited images to match the high-performance, data-driven nature of the content.
Integrated After Effects to produce animated transitions and visual enhancements, increasing viewer engagement and clarity.
Employed free online 3D modeling tools to simulate a racing driver in the cockpit, adding depth and realism to the physiological monitoring concept.
This project showcased my ability to blend storytelling, visual hierarchy, and technical design tools to transform dense information into a dynamic, persuasive investor presentation. The result was a polished and immersive experience that visually articulated the research vision while aligning with the expectations of a high-stakes audience.
